Eligibility
▪ The giveaway is open to residents of Cyprus aged 18 years or older.
▪ Participants must have a valid public Instagram or Facebook account to enter.
▪ Employees, contractors, agents, and family members of Dona Laser Beauty Centre, Femme Fatale Hair Design, or any affiliated companies are ineligible to participate.
▪ Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
▪ The giveaway starts on 02/01/2025 and ends on 16/01/2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
▪ Participants must complete all of the following steps:
1️⃣ Follow @DonaLaserBeautyCentre and @FemmeFataleHairDesign on Instagram or like their Facebook pages.
2️⃣ Like the giveaway post.
3️⃣ Tag three unique friends in the comments. Each comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
4️⃣ Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story or Facebook Story and tag both accounts for one additional entry.
Entry Restrictions
▪ Participants must ensure that tagged individuals are real and active Instagram or Facebook users.
▪ No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
▪ Automated or bot-generated entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
▪ Duplicate or spam entries will be disqualified.
Prizes
▪ Four winners will be selected.
▪ Prizes are the following and each winner will get one of the following:
🎁 Two €150 Gift Vouchers redeemable at Dona Laser Beauty Centre.
🎁 Two €100 Gift Vouchers redeemable at Femme Fatale Hair Design.
▪ Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
▪ Prizes are subject to the respective business providers’ terms and conditions for use (e.g., expiration dates and service limitations).
Winner Selection and Notification
▪ Winners will be randomly selected through a fair and transparent process.
▪ The selection process will take place within [number] days after the giveaway period ends.
▪ Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or Facebook Direct Message and announced in an Instagram Story and Facebook post on both accounts.
▪ If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternative winner will be chosen.
Publicity
▪ By entering, participants consent to their name, Instagram or Facebook handle, and/or image being used in promotional materials for the giveaway without additional compensation.
Disqualification
▪ Dona Laser Beauty Centre and Femme Fatale Hair Design reserve the right to disqualify participants who:
- Fail to meet the eligibility criteria.
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Violate Instagram’s or Facebook’s terms of service.
Limitation of Liability
▪ The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
▪ Dona Laser Beauty Centre and Femme Fatale Hair Design are not responsible for:
- Late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical errors.
- Any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
Privacy
▪ Participant’s personal information will be used solely for this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
▪ By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their data as described in these terms.
Right to Modify or Cancel
▪ Dona Laser Beauty Centre and Femme Fatale Hair Design reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
Governing Law
▪ These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
▪ Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
Agreement to Terms
▪ By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
▪ Failure to adhere to these terms may result in disqualification.
